I want to recognize Alicya Santiago for truly outstanding phone support. She assisted me with a furnace blower motor replacement and patiently walked through every possible antecedent part number when the blower we needed was backordered. After confirming there were none available locally, she went the extra mile and coordinated a direct factory shipment so we could restore heat for a homeowner in the middle of winter. Alicya handled everything with a cheerful, can-do attitude—no frustration, no complaints—just steady, helpful support the whole way through. It’s rare to find someone who can run the front desk and still deliver that level of phone service. If I could hire someone like Alicya for my own office, I’d be over the moon. Thank you, Alicya!

I’ve had a consistently bad experience at this Carrier store in Alexandria, VA. The customer service is terrible — no one seems willing to help or resolve anything. Every time I go there, the staff is slow, unresponsive, and unprofessional. They take forever to process orders, and it feels like customers are treated as an inconvenience. It’s frustrating and disappointing. If you value your time and expect decent service, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Your store’s definition of “ready for pickup” clearly needs work. Either update your process, your training, or your leadership — preferably all three.

Come here everyday. And everyday there is only one person working the front desk and also doing everything else. Everyone else shows up after 8:30. If you get here on time they close the door on you because that one person can’t do everything at once. Unacceptable. I feel bad that one employee but carrier should look for more punctual people to work at there facilities. Other than that they have what you need and no other things to highlight in this review.

They both do not know how to treat customers. My company spends thousand of dollars at carrier. But we are definitely taking our business somewhere else due to these 2. When is carrier going to hire some responsible and respectfull employees at this location.
