CE (Carrier Enterprise)

I have a question about a part that the image of the replacement does not look the same as the existing i called in and the were not willing to look into that they said if I'm not sure that is the right part i should relace the unit ...

The worst customer service you can ever get! We've been a loyal customer to CE for years, I was calling today to the store to get some help with filing a claim for the warranty, but instead of getting help from the person who picked up the phone, ( he said his name was John Brown) I got a terrible and rude customer service, if you even call that a customer service. I only needed a claim warranty form and the email where I can send this form to, and this person told me pretty much to figure it out. He said he cant send me the hard copy and I weren't able to file a claim online as well. I asked what are my options then he started yelling me and said I cant help. Then I told him he cannot talk to me the way he did, I was just looking for a help, and I will be filing a complaint, then he ju

This office got great people .but because of the slowest of there computer to pull out info about roof tops is very bad ..spend two hours for parts for roof top's ..I couldn't get because there system won't allow to have details

The guys here are great. Fast service, very polite. Would totally recommend
