Lied to me repeatedly, to my face and over the phone. Rude to their customers.
I had a terrible experience with this AC supply business. The customer service is practically non-existent—no one seemed interested in helping. I was left waiting and constantly had to chase someone down for basic information. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.
Excellent Service, every time I have to go there Big Mike is Great at finding any part You can think of, He and Chelsea make a great Team, going beyond customer needs. They need to get paid More or Hire more people!!!
