I own a HVAC company, and we recently conducted a service call for a customer and discovered that their HVAC system had a faulty condenser coil. The coil, manufactured by Carrier, was still under warranty, despite not being a brand we typically install. Upon reaching out to Carrier's warranty department, we learned that we needed to open an account to avoid paying the more than $5,000 cost upfront. Initially, we were told that prepayment would not be necessary and that we could pick up the part after completing their application process, which we promptly did. However, obtaining information on the estimated arrival time proved challenging, as no one could provide us with a clear ETA. Purchased Carrier brand Bryant HVAC system installed tech on 4/5/2025. Timeline of installation, replacements, and issues: 04/06/2025 System was not cooling, ran loud - Iced over (inside unit & outside unit). 04/07/2025 Tech replaced gas valve and installed control board (wasn't with equipment upon purchase), ran test - confirmed suction side pressure was low, high side pressure was very high indicating a blockage. 04/15/2025 Thermostatic expansion valve was restricting freon into the evaporator, part was replaced, tested and recharged system, after 20 minutes the pressures on high side went up, again indicating a blockage. Great service always helpful on the phone and willing to help with finding parts. I like that they are being COVID19 mindful and willing to bring parts to car to avoid contact. Thanks for all your help and look forward to our continual business relationship.

The people that work here are great.ive been coming here for over 10 years with no major issues and I'm there several times a week. If you're not a contractor they can't sell you parts so don't waste your time use the Web to find what you need or hire a contractor

Rude and nasty. If you don't have a credit account they act like you are a criminal. Even with 35 years in the trades and fully licensed.
