5 stars is honestly not enough!!! Dusty and Vonne (forgive us if we butchered the name) are beyond amazing! They answer and assist with anything and everything we need! From all of the Carrier stores Dusty's store is literally our favorite one to call! Thank y'all so much for all you do!

Dusty is great!!!! Today I was calling my normal branch to check on an order that had still not been delivered 10 days after ordering. They told me that Carrollton (the main hub) had not shipped my order and that I would need to contact them to find out why. Normally when your regular branch doesn't receive an order, they reach out to Carrolton to find it. I was told directly they could not do that anymore. I tried to call the Carrollton branch but did not get through. Dusty in Killeen took my call instead. I told her that I was told she wouldn't be able to help me. But guess what? She sure was. Within ten minutes Dusty contacted Carrollton and had my part ordered and on the way from a different branch. She never once told me she could not or would not help me. I appreciate that and her so

We have been in business for over 30 years and wish all our supply houses were as put together, organized, knowledgeable, and let’s be honest, helpful as Dusty’s store. Manager Dusty M. recently went above and beyond with customer service and satisfaction. Their power had been disrupted but Dusty did not let that stand in the way! She plugged her laptop up in her truck to help me in a rather urgent need of parts. Dusty Took care of me so we could help a customer keep from shutting their business' down.
