I'm writing this review in agreement with a good friend who's had the same trouble I've had for years. I took my business else where after repeated rudeness from Dawn. If you visit this location avoid her at all cost or just go to another parts house where they will treat you like a true customer.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one upset with Carriers choice in management there. Dawn is the soul reason we took our business somewhere else! Rudest woman you will meet who will make you wish you never walked in the door!

WARNING! Do not do business here! The "manager" Dawn will not only mess your order with she will ruin your day with her attitude! No longer doing business here!

Extremely rude. The lady at the front desk was extremely unprofessional, would not provide product details, and apparently was having a bad day and passing it on to the customers coming in the front door I would strongly recommend buying elsewhere and not spending your money with this company.
