The worst customer service ever. Some please look into your employees behavior with customers

I call up the Manassas branch to see if the parts have come in, and I am directed to their automated call center, where I wait hours to get to a real person, and the voice that keeps telling me how convenient and fast they are. Really? How convenient and fast is waiting on the phone for hours to see if they have the part you need so I can just pick it up. And the inside sales people who I buy the equipment from are no help at all. They may be if they answer my call or return my calls. A typical example of a corporation that is too big to fail.

They are not customer oriented. I was trying to confirm the part number for my Carrier furnace and they would not help. The lady that answer the phone was not helpful either. Part are available on line and can be purchased. The online company helped me more than the dealer representing Carrier.

Great partner for HVAC equipment and supplies.

There is a woman in front with bad attention and she makes you pout. bad service and very arrogant.
