CE (Carrier Enterprise)

This place is horrible in setting up. Contractors are very busy and they have you place the order in the front cashier and drive your truck around to the back just to pick the pvc fittings and a condensate pump while they already in the front shelf! Every time I have to spend at lest 30 minutes just to get the simple parts here!

Got to the appointment in the afternoon prior to date delivery, staff was helpful with overnight parking information. Yes you can overnight park on the side of the building. 4am appointment, the unloader Candido was very cool, and quick to unload the truck. In and out under 45 min.

They have more part's in stock than West Park location. Wish they both would operate the same.

This new location has not had the best of starts. Long lines. Slow computer systems. Not enough parking in the warehouse area. Don't be surprised if you are there for at least two hours if not more! Lastly, after switching locations, they have gotten rid of their management, and it has not been the same. Todd was a beloved manager not only by the staff but, more importantly, by the consumers. I'm sure this will put a nasty taste into others' mouths as it did to mine. This transition was shameful.

Jack Duperoux very polite and professional person. He helped me with big issue that originally took off at Carrier CE in Prombroke. Charlie did not help with the parts that we needed and charge us for overnight shipping and we ended getting wrong parts he blamed on us tgat we provideed wrong part # but we provide Model and Serial numbers. He we asked twice if those parts belong to that serial # and he confirmed. But good thing I met Jack and was able to give me the new parts at the spot and everything was under warranty and we are very satisfied and happy with the service at Carrier CE Pompano Beach.
