CE (Carrier Enterprise)

Just when I thought this place couldn’t get any worse they just had to prove me wrong. The staff knows nothing about their products or inventory. There’s definitely no In-N-Out with this place. The kiosk doesn’t take your information half the time so we have to repeat and put all this stuff in front of them. I have to answer 12 questions just to get a tube of caulking. I wish I could give this company a -5 star review because they’re absolutely awful.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Carrier Enterprise Mid-Atlantic has consistently failed to deliver even the most basic level of competence when it comes to ordering parts. Multiple times we’ve placed online orders only to watch them never arrive on time — or at all — without any proactive communication. Their logistics process is, frankly, a mess. If a part happens to be “in stock” at the factory, you might as well add an extra month to your project timeline, because it will sit in the back of their warehouse unreceived, untouched, and forgotten. The lack of urgency and accountability is unbelievable for a major distributor. Running an HVAC company, we depend on reliable supply chains. Carrier Enterprise Mid-Atlantic is anything but reliable. I think the people up front are awesome. I think Jasmine is a wonderful manager and I think the warehouse got a whole lot better than it was in the past. And Michael, congratulations on your promotion! You earned it!

THIS PLACE DOESN'T DESERVE A STAR!!! Arrive with a delivery was told what dock to back into once it was clear. I did as instructed. I waited patiently. Around 330pmest I walked into shipping side to see if I was going to be unloaded or not, because couldn't get into receiving side, because the whole department had gone home for the day. There was no communication at all I am backed into a dock seal broken doors open only to be told the staff that is supposed to unload, THEIR products they ordered, had gone home. If this is not the utmost disrespect I have ever seen I was floored. Now the rest of my week delivery tomorrow, my pick tomorrow so forth and so on will be an entire day behind because of lazy disrespectful people that didn't want to work. this has got to be the worst carrier supplier location on the east coast. if you are a service technician then I don't even need to explain anything.
