Talk about someone totally feeling like they just got screwed out of $20,000. My Lennox HVAC warranty was expiring in Dec 2024. I was under a maintenance plan with R S Andrews and when they came to do the summer check on the system (15 March), they noted what they referred to as a lot of rust around my coil unit. Long story short, I opted to go ahead and replace my unit. The salesman sold me a Carrier Infinity for nearly $20,000. Install was scheduled for 22 Mar. Well the installers were here for nearly 10 hours. Upon completion this new mack-daddy system was missing a part that made the unit talk to the thermostat. So, they had to order that part and provided me a temporary Nest thermostat. A week later (29 Mar) I called as I had heard nothing back from R S Andrews. Spoke to Emma
Awesome Got what I needed and Rich the manager was Very helpful getting my account set up
Can never seem to get the call center or any local branches to answer the phone…..
