We have used CEC for years! Corey and crew have always been quick to respond, great on pricing, thoroughly competent, and honest! Simple issues, like a clogged drain, all the way to the major cast iron sewer line replacement, our home has been handled with care and professionalism. They are the only company we will use!

CEC was recommended to me by a good friend and they did not disappoint. From first meeting Corey, I knew right away he was an honest, knowledgeable, and dependable person and the rest of his team, Mallory, Yesenia, Liz, and all the techs that came to my home were equally amazing. They really went above and beyond to make sure my bathtub to shower conversion was done right. I will be calling them for any and everything plumbing related from now on.

Had a terrible experience with this company. Just got my plumbing done with them to replace all cast iron with PVC. At first the signed quote was for 2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry, even though I mentioned to them several times that my laundry and 1 bathroom was already PVC, but they said since its a new job, new pipes are required. Fast forward 1 week and they said that the job was done but they never touched my laundry or other bathroom? They didn't even mention anything, so I did, and they said since the piping is fine they don't have to replace it. They charged me for a full job, but only did half! Don't even try to negotiate with them because they are so rude. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. After that my water heater "suddenly" stops working right after the job, leaving my husband, MY 3

I had a terrible experience with this plumbing company. They were late to the appointment, and when they finally showed up, the technician was unprofessional and seemed rushed. The job wasn’t done properly—my pipes are still leaking! I had to call another plumber to fix the mess they made. To top it off, they charged me way more than the estimate. Customer service was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about my concerns. Save your money and time and look for someone else!
