William came out to do a walkthrough with me around our home. He was extremely polite and answered all my questions. He was thorough in the inspection and I felt very comfortable is his knowledge of what we needed. Would highly recommend!

William was amazing! He came out to do an inspection within an hour and then had a technician there 30 minutes later! He explained everything to me as we were coming up with a contract for our preschool. I never felt pressured! I use Eco Pest at my condo property as well and they have been reliable!

William was an amazing tech. We’re in the middle of a move when we had to get the house inspected before we moved out from our rental. He was early, friendly & was able to clear our rental so we could move out timely. If we were staying locally we would definitely staying with him but we’re moving out of state. Definitely glad for the easy experience.
