Cedar Septic and Sewer LLC

We have had to pump our tank every year since buying in 2018. 2 different companies have done it in the past. We asked both to investigate what was wrong and neither found anything. Called Cedar and from the first phone call to the service they are beyond outstanding! Nick was extremely knowledgeable, found the problem and educated me on the system. Turns out the drain field was blocked. In the first distribution box, the inspection pipe had fallen down and blocked the pipe leading to the drainfield. It was probably like this for years. All it took was a company that cared and didn’t just want to take your money. Thanks Nick and Cedar septic! You have our recommendation and business for life!

First experience with septic pumping so we asked for education. Nick was happy to accommodate by answering our questions, explaining what our system was and how it functions, and offered advice and suggestions to baby our older 1980s system to keep it running well in the future. The only thing we don’t have is an alarm 🤔. We are hoping we can add something to the inside pump bucket. Cedar was prompt at scheduling, fair and pricing and we will use them again in the future. I had an emergency on a Sunday night , I emailed them and they called me back asap ! They came to my house the next morning , evaluated the situation and fixed it quickly ! I am so impressed due to other companies told me it could not be fixed and would have to spend thousands of dollars to fix my issue (I have a old septic tank and system ) His price was beyond fair- when he was done, I was at work. He called me and told me exactly the problem. What they did and how to prevent it and what I need to do next. Very satisfied with their thorough and detailed work and explained it to where I could understand as I know nothing about septic . Highly recommend this company! Thanks again guys !

Cedar did a fantastic job for us! We called them out due to our alarm going off, and they made it out the same day. Turned out to be our float had slipped, and Tony fixed it right away. When our alarm came on the next day they came right back out, free of charge, and we found out we had a filter that needed to be cleaned (brand new septic owners). They were super responsive, very insightful, and we will be using their services again in the future!
