T-10 Construction

Our town got hit with a Derecho Storm June 21, 2025 basically cat 3 hurricane winds. Nick from T-10 showed up and helped us with every step including fighting with my insurance company to get my home repaired properly! The crews are super fast, efficient and extremely knowledgeable! I can not express how grateful I am for this company and 5 stars isn't a high enough rating! If you're looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking construction company that goes the extra miles to make sure your projects are done thoroughly effectively and with skilled employees T-10 Construction is who you should choose hands down 💯!

Contacted them as I am looking to replace my windows. During the first meeting with Tony Minelli and Ethan Siem, I happened to call out other items I am wanting to address. They are able to address all of them! In addition to new windows they are installing metal roofs on both of my flat roofs, seamless gutters with guards, and replacing my porch windows. They walked me through everything they are doing and explained it to me so I could easily understand. Other window companies would not be able to match the quality or price they bid.

I can't say enough good things about Pedro Villa . He was always available when I needed answers to questions, and when he didn't have an answer, he called and got me an answer as soon as possible. He held up to his word and his work . Also, T-10 did great with working with my insurance, and things went smooth and fast . I have a brand new beautiful roof and many compliments. The crew that came was very friendly and did a great job and also cleaned up very well . I strongly would recommend Pedro and T-10 Construction for your roof replacement. Me and my husband Matthew absolutely loved working with Tony Villalobos! He answered any questions and we had and was very honest and helpful every step of the way. Tony Villalobos was our contact for our roof replacement due to hail damage, and he did a great job. He was friendly and professional throughout, and did a thorough job evaluating the damage to the roof and walking us through the insurance claim process. He met with our adjustor, and helped ensure that the full extent of the damage was documented and covered by our insurance company.
