Cedric and his team arrived the same day we went on Yelp to find someone to do our flooring. Extremely polite and professional. He assessed our job, gave us a fair price, got the materials needed and got to work. The floding doors were removed, the old flooring was removed, the area cleaned and new linoleum installed under an hour. He worked hard and fast The results were fantastic! This was a small area, the laundry room, he removed the washing machine and dryer very carefully, then scrapped up all the old flooring, cut and installed linoleum we had left over from a previous job, then returned the washing machine and dryer back into place and hooked them up. My floor was in bad shape, was trying to wait, called Cedric, he came out and gave me a price, was able to do it on my schedule, did a great job! I highly recommend him.

Hired him to do work on floors and a bathroom, we couldn’t agree on who should get the sander for the floor after he said he had a Home Depot account. Asked for money before job was done claimed he had issues with another job that didn’t pertain to me and pulled carpet up and left trash outside in front of house. Still no work done $1400 and ignoring me about giving me my money back. Do walk run to someone else not professional. Can provide receipts for all claims. I told him I knew nothing about a sander for him to get it on his acct and I’ll give money back even offered to meet him there cause one my car it’s big enough and I was pregnant at the time he even said he would put carpet down instead of sanding and staining the floors. We agreed on a job and a $1500 deposit by credit card. Next day Cedric started insisting on a cash deposit and refused to provide any references. He also did not want to discuss reducing the amount of the deposit. Later we agreed that he would meet my general contractor. Cedric didn't show up. I was afraid of being scammed. I don't like to give anybody $1500 without knowing anything about that person. In the end Cedric became verbally abusive and started using profanities. This is not professional.

Cedric replaced a window air conditioner, siding, and tub faucet. He takes great pride in doing terrific work.
