Newberry Heating & Air Conditioning

Our system was down after Helene came through Whitmire. We did not get power until late 10/01/24. Our air did not come on. I called Ashley Rowe this morning 10/02/24 and spoke with Tammy. Within 2 to 3 hours Ashley had our system going and payment was easy to complete with him via phone. BEST SERVICE AND GREAT PEOPLE. Shout out to you guys!!!!!

My air conditioner started blowing warm air and with the temp supposed to increase into the 90s next week, along with out of town company coming, I was in a bit of a panic. I called Ashley Rowe heating and air and they miraculously worked me in and determined I had a broken wire inside the unit. Beyond exceptional customer service, fair and honest, truly a lifesaver. When I’m ready to replace my unit they will be my go to company. One of the few honest, small town companies left in Newberry. Highly recommend them for all your needs!

Ashley Rowe Heating and Air did a fabulous job for us!! We switched from an electric heat pump to a gas pack. Everyone was helpful and reliable from beginning to end. I highly recommend Ashley Rowe and his crew for all your heating and cooling needs!!

BEST around! They did our install for an SIP style house knowledgeably when others didn't know how. And Ashley himself made service call on a Sunday when we needed him!!!

Technician replaced the blower but didn't check the outside unit or confirm cold air output, so once he left (after hours) we discovered we still had no AC and had to endure another hot night. This is the 2nd negative experience with this company that I have had.
