I had my septic done today and Bill was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain the entire process to me and was so thorough and knowledgeable . I will never use anybody but Dolan to service my septic.

Dave came right away when I called him. He assessed the situation with my septic tank and I had it drained at 6 AM the next morning right when he promised! So grateful!! I highly recommend his company and he’s very fairly priced!

I bought my home new in 1989 and never knew the location of the septic tank—nor had it ever been pumped. Recently, toilets and showers started draining slowly, and I knew it was time to take action. I tried for months to locate the tank myself, even using a probe, with no luck. One day, I saw my neighbor getting their tank serviced and spoke with the owner of the company, Dave Cella. Dave immediately walked over and spent half an hour helping me search—even though I wasn’t a customer yet. A few months later, with the drainage issue now urgent, I obtained the original septic plans from the county health department. I sent the diagram to Dave, and he offered to come by that Friday to help. But things worsened quickly, and after I finally located the tank myself, I called Dave Thursday morn

I used Cella last week for a pump out and requested an estimate on repair. They provided me a price and didn't explain what was wrong. A week later I had to call another company because I was still having an issue..... Turns out Cella DID NOT pump out the tank but charged me $360. I will never trust or reccommend this compny to anyone. In addition, the company that came yesterday fixed the issue with great explanation and beat Cella's estimate.

Had Cella come out in an emergency, so responsive. The problem was solved in a totally professional manor, the driver was so polite! This was my first experience using this company and would recommend them to everyone
