Cemex Melbourne Concrete Plant

I had a local licensed concrete contractor replace my driveway and walkway to my front door in September of 2025. The concrete mix supplied by Cemex was sub-standard quality or defective and I'm left with a patchy awful looking driveway and walkway. If you're in Brevard County FL and planning a concrete project, make sure to ask your contractor to use a different supplier so you're not stuck with an expensive eyesore.

This plant has no consideration for the public roadways. They consistently over fill the truck coming out if their plant, to the extent of rock, sand and concrete litter the public roadways.the drivers operating out of this plant will pull out in front of you even if they do not have the ability to do so, then they will give you the finger if you flash them or honk. Us1 is literally a wash with Rock and sand to the point it's a danger to motorcyclists. Management has been informed and have not addressed these concerns.

A series of 3 trucks including 1 loaded with rocks 1 had machinery including a compact excovator. They left your melbourne facility on 02/20 at around 9:50am turned left from Lake Washington onto US1 North. Rocks came flying out the sides and back of the truck, it dumped rocks all over cars including mine which pelted rocks that are now stuck in my paint and has cracked my windshield. All the rocks and white sediment are still on my car and the rock that cracked my windshield is stuck in the windshield. I called once I got home and saw all the damage and they said they couldn't help because i didnt get the vehicle number. I know the exact time and date they left your facility and can tell you the details about the trucks that were together with them as well. This all happened right out fro

Cemex is a company that totally disregards and violates city rules regulating when they can operate. There is this constant churning of concrete, the loading and unloading, constant beeping, heavy machinery, loud clinging noises that keeps us up all day and all night. Constant loud noise 24/day, 7days a week.There is 3 large residential communities next to this plant, and we simply can’t live like this! Your website states you are open from 7am-4pm Monday-Friday and closed on weekends.That’s a big lie! Money hungry polluters and without any regard for human lives.I hope we all get together and shut this place down!

This business is an absolute nightmare. They work at all hours of the day and night even when it’s after hours. I currently hear drilling and construction at 11:00 pm. This is the third time in a week that this is happening. I will be calling the police every time this happens after working hours until this stops
