These days it feels like it’s hard to find a reputable, transparent, honest, open Roofer, but I have good news for you as you don’t have to look any further. They have helped us a few times now at different properties and I have even referred them out to neighbors who have had incredible experiences as well. They are as Pro as Pro can be. Cenco did my roof after a hailstorm in 2023. I recently signed up for the new roof maintenance program and Lorenzo came out and did a great job. He cleaned out my gutters, resealed everything on the roof and sent me a full report with photos. Great value and great company.

Chris from Cenco was trustworthy, professional, friendly, and courteous. He did an excellent job managing our roof replacement—we’d gladly give him 5 out of 5 stars. While the roofing work itself was well done, our experience with Cenco’s billing and follow-up services was disappointing. The billing office failed to provide clear documentation for both us and our insurance company, and the final bill was initially $6,000 too high. Additionally, the company took months to address the replacement of our gutter guards, which ultimately had to be completed by another company at our own expense of $1,800. We hired Cenco for gutter guards and a minor roof repair. We went with them mainly based on the excellent reviews and honest and clear communication up front in the pre-sales process. That was all excellent. I left a three-star review because I was disappointed in the execution. Mid-way through the gutter job (they had missed a few gutters and didn't complete a downspout) I got a text that said the job had been completed. I had to make multiple phone calls to get someone out first to confirm it wasn't completed and then another person to finish the job. Sometime during all of this, we got a late charge bill even though the job hadn't been completed.
