I had Blake Mabile stop out to look at a roof leak that was preventing me from finishing a bathroom remodel for my client's. Blake quickly assessed that what was needed was a couple of boot flashings replaced and a portion of the metal roof that had been damaged from a past hurricane. He quickly sent an estimate that seemed reasonable and a week later a team showed up to complete the repair. Michael Barringer was supervising and called me to share that the entire roof was subject to endless deficiencies from past contractors and really should be replaced. I agreed with him as I had previously inspected the roof and came to the same conclusion. I explained to Michael that unfortunately the homeowner was not in a financial position to replace the roof at this time, they were also aware of it

Quick response and quote. They fabricated a chimney cap and installed it. I didn’t climb on the roof to check it out. It was difficult finding someone to fabricate the cap.

Great experience with Centennial! We live in Park Place Townhomes in KingstonSprings, TN. #131 and they just replaced the roofs in our complex! They were very careful with our patio furniture they had to move and replaced it exactly as they found it.
