I found this company on Google. A technician came and cleaned our bedroom carpets and they look fantastic!!! He was able to get EVERY stain out of our white carpet. The price was very affordable. For our two bedroom and one walk in closet I paid a very decent price. He was very friendly and professional. A couple hours after he was finished I received a call just to make sure I was satisfied with the services. I will definitely give them a call when it is time to clean my carpets again.

Used Center City Philadelphia Carpet Care and he did a fantastic job. Center City Philadelphia Carpet Care might be the best carpet cleaning system I've ever used. I've tried all the other BIG names - and this was by far the best ever. Will use Center City Philadelphia Carpet Care again and highly recommend.

I have always been a regular customer of this company. I think that only them provides the best carpet cleaning services, especially for pet owners. Rest assured that the pee and poo stains will all be nonexistent after the work.

I’ve never seen a company so unprofessional. When they answer the phone they say ”” hi who is this” and never mention the company’s name. The receptionist is VERY RUDE. I made an appointment to get furniture cleaned and I explained everything to them that I needed. They booked my appointment and I called back 2 days later to confirm. They didn’t have my appointment on file. They rescheduled it. Then day of my appointment I called them to confirm that they were coming that morning. I was told I wasn’t in there system even though I spoke to 4 different people to schedule my appointment. I ended up using another company. They are unorganized and unprofessional. Please please do your research before using this company. They are HORRIBLE! I don’t recommend them at ALL!
