Center State Home Inspections did an inspection for a client on my house; they found a leaky pipe in the ceiling. Being the owner of the house, I told them to stop running water. They did, but later turned water back on and caused thousands of dollars of damage to my house. They didn’t apologize, refund, or admit to doing anything wrong. I would NEVER recommend letting them into your house!!
So they inspected a house I was potentially buying. Thorough is the word I would use. They got on top of the roof, crawled under the house, took Temps of the microwave even. Amazing. Saved us a lot of money in the end. We appreciate you so much!
