Center Street Parking Ramp

The staff here are always very nice and accommodating. Even when the parking lot is full, they’ve kindly allowed me to park, which I really appreciate. I did notice that there are usually a couple of empty EV parking spots available, so it might be helpful to consider allowing temporary use of those when space is tight. Overall, great service and friendly team!

This one of the parking ramps from the city. It's very nice that they have free parking evenings and weekends! It makes it very accessible to go to events downtown after 4pm and not have to pay for parking, or to park free for an hr if you have to run and return something at the mall. The only issue i have is with they ticket system. I pulled into the parking ramp to get a ticket and just as i was going to push to get a ticket, it flashed to "FULL" well.... i was already in the spot to get a ticket haha thankfully i waited a couple minutes for it to "open" again, but it was very frustrating that i wasn't even allowed to enter; i would have had to backed out and that would have been a pain on to center st... hopefully they can fix this bug in the system.

I lost my purse while entering my ticket to exit the ramp. The attendant promptly turned it into the Rochester police. She did it so quickly that I didn’t have time to go back and get it from her personally. She found me when I turned and let me know the police had it. You have a wonderful employee!!

I don’t know how people are giving good reviews to this parking ramp. It’s very unsafe and I only park here if I’m absolutely desperate. My friend had her car vandalized a few years ago in this parking ramp and my experience here was bad as well. I go down the stairs and it smelled like piss and cigarettes. Also homeless people are living in it so it’s very sketchy when you get blocked in by one of them. I don’t recommend parking here unless you have another spouse with you for protection

I usually love parking here because of the location, however today's experience I wanted to share: One of the ticket machines ran out of paper and when I pressed the call button they told me to back out and use the other side of the ticket ramp with the 2nd ticket machine. There were 4 cars backed into the street behind me and notified the teller of how dangerous it'd be to ask all the cars to back up. The teller asked her supervisor to take over the intercom who also told me to back up and use the other machine. I asked if they could take note of my license plate instead and the time of entry and I'd be happy to pay the cost. She said no. Few ways this could've been avoided: 1) taking note of my license plate and point of entry and charging me accordingly 2) placing a cone in front of t
