Centerline Mechanical

I recently hired Centerline Mechanical for a furnace repair and I was extremely satisfied. Top 3 things I loved: 1) Friendly service and clear communication 2) Quality repair and attention to detail 3) Reasonable pricing and on time arrival. I will definitely call them again for any future HVAC needs.

Centerline installed our heat pump, mini splits, and new water heater. They provided excellent and timely service, the whole team was incredibly professional. They are incredibly knowledgeable on everything with mass save and supported us through the whole loan process

Not only is much of the owners response just not true(but I won't get into that, it's beside the point) my husband tried reaching him by phone and email to take him up on his "offers" in his response, and we got completely ghosted, so I guess buyer beware and lesson learned. I really wish I wasn't writing this review. We have had pretty good experiences with Centerline up until this point, but this recent experience was enough to turn us off to ever returning. We had 2 bathroom fans installed. The work itself was seemingly done alright, but the disrespect our house was shown, and the state which it was left in, was egregious. They were here 2 hours and it lead to us having to clean for over 6 hours after they left. Things we took issue with: - they used each one of the toil

Fantastic experience with Centerline Mechanical! Our initial walk through with Mike was very informative and he presented multiple options to best suit our house. The installation team did a fantastic job and worked very quickly to get our system up and running fast. Kim made our lives so much easier handling the MassSave paperwork for us. 10/10 experience throughout, the whole team was very friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend!

We had a new heat pump installed and the team has been great. Mike was very professional and answered all the questions we had and Zach and the installation team were very considerate and we barely had any noise in the house. They even finished the works a day early. Thanks for a good service!
