We’ve hired LCT for multiple roofing and chimney projects over the past 2 years, and their workmanship, integrity, and follow-through have been consistently excellent. They have solved a range of issues for us: 1. Repairing improperly installed chimney flashing that had been leaking, and installing a cricket to prevent water and snow from pooling against the chimney. 2. Installing a new flat rubber roof over our porch (the old roof was failing and causing leaks that had begun to rot the wood beneath the gutter). 3. Repointing a chimney that had loose bricks at the top and needed repointing across its entire surface above the roofline. 4. We hired LCS for a full roof and vinyl siding replacement and they did a phenomenal job! We are so happy with the final results. From the initial quote, we worked with James who was very helpful and responsive to all questions and concerns, to the owner Luis who was on-site the first day of the job and continued to show up at least 1-2 times a day during the entire project, which was great. He addressed all of our questions and got back to us quickly each time— and was so helpful and respectful, especially because we don’t have much experience with this kind of project. I contacted LCT Construction this morning. They responded within 15 minutes and Luis was at my house 30 minutes after that. He provided a very reasonable quote for removing the snow and ice dams from our roof and gutters. He sent his team over to our house within 30 minutes of his arrival. They were very professional and did a great job.
