Had no issues. Staff was a little rude but car came back to us safe, thank you so much you made our experience so much easier here in the city. Truly thank you.

Tried to park here, they wouldn't let us, even though the sign said 24 hour parking. Even visibly had availability. We found street parking 1 block from our destination anyways.

Extremely OverPriced I used to parked there before just a year ago 9hr and they charged me $39.00 STAY AWAY!!!!! The avg in the neighborhood for under 12hrs is $18-$23 the other parking next door is owned by the same company so stay away from both absolutely absurd...

They are great, secure and friendly. But I can confirm, beware of extra costs tacked on at checkout. I was charged an extra 60% over fare paid at booking online. They said it was because the truck was over sized, it is a Toyota Tundra, the same size as a Suburban. However when booking the parking spot I was clear about the size of the vehicle, and had already paid a premium for the truck. In the end $92/ day. I did try to make a request that the over charge was excessive onsite, but was not granted any reprieve.
