Centerpark Central Park South Parking Garage

I was a monthly tenant and had to deal with the illegal peddlers in and out of there on a daily basis. Management didn't care. Last week, I saw an obviously homelss female in and out of parked cars looking for things. Theae cars are u attended and backed up on the ramp. That was the last straw.

I’ve been a regular customer at this garage and have trusted the team with my car daily — which is why I never felt the need to walk around and inspect it every time I picked it up. However, that trust was broken when I discovered damage to the rear passenger side of my vehicle the morning after leaving it at the garage. I contacted them and was told to speak to the manager when I returned. The manager claimed the car arrived damaged the following morning, but when I requested video footage, I was told it was unavailable. The fact that essential footage is conveniently missing is deeply concerning. To make matters worse, a colleague of mine who occasionally parks here reported similar damage in the same location of her car, and she too was dismissed without any resolution. I escalated t

HORRIBLE! NOT ONLY DO YOU HAVE TO WAIT UP TO 20 MINUTES FOR THE PEDDLER CARTS AND COUNTERFEIT HANDBAG PEOPLE TO USE THE ELEVATOR-THE GARAGE CLAIMS THEY ARE NOT RENTING TO PEDICABS AND ILLEGAL PEDDLERS. NOT TRUE. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY FAKE HANDBAGS-GO SOMEPLACE ELSE.

Horrible!!! Toomany illegal peddlers and pediabs in and out of there. I had to wait 30 miutes for the elevator as a large peddler cart scratched a car.

The guys here are great & were very responsible with my car!
