I made a reservation through the SpotHero App. Prices were reasonable for a Sunday. Staff were quick and efficient. They let me use their restroom and it was clean therefore they deserved their good tip and a 5-star review!
I used this service while visiting Manhattan. Made my reservation online and had zero issues finding this place, and picking up my vehicle was just as easy. Abraham, the lot attended, provided great service.
When we parked here we asked how much it would be and they told us $50 for overnight. When we picked it up, there was no one around, no indication on how to contact anyone to get our car. When someone showed up, they charged us $100 and couldn’t give us a good reason why it was that amount.
