Amazing. I don’t have to worry about finding parking on streets. Amazing staff. Amazing security and safety. Best staff in the whole world i would say. Took me 3 mins to get my monthly subscription done and now everything’s smooth.

I parked here for a couple of months while traveling and was very happy with the facilities. Affordable monthly pass compared to other areas in Brooklyn, and easy to get in and out. I will definitely be back if I need long-term parking again. Amazing customer service from Dina in the garage, and Mara at parknsave.

I love my experience here so far , it’s safe the staff are very nice and helpful.

Horrible. Does not respect the US Military. Stole over 1000 dollars from us, even though my wife got medically retired and we were forced to leave New York earlier then expected. Was told by the manager that it would be discussed with the owner, and clearly never happened. Overtime I ask further into it, I was told he was going to do it. Then the day we left, the manager was on vacation. Horrible business practice and completely disrespectful. Also, the manager constantly belittled my wife when he saw her in person.

For me, a perfect option since it's close. Pricier than other options but the hours are better. Plus the staff is amazing, always very responsive and helpful. Been with them for years and will stay.
