Centerpark East 34th Street Parking Garage

Be careful there! What a rip off! I Parked for 1 hour and 12 minutes and they charged me for up to 4 hours which means for 12 minutes I paid an additional 3 hours. They also charged for a Highlander an oversize charge for $8.45. They didn't even bother listening to you. Taking advantage of the people. Find yourself a better parking garage

Great place to park, they take good care of your car! The staff is very friendly!

No star if I could. The garage is clean, but the business is as dishonest as it gets. The attendant was determined to charge customer for $60 no matter what. Booked and paid online for early bird special, which clearly stated "in between 6-10a out by 7p". Arrived at 6:47am, back to pick up at 6:53pm, the attendant said I need to pay for the whole day because I had booked my entry time for 10am. After I proofed there was no way I could prebooked my entry time as it was not an option on the website, he then said I have passed the 12 hour limit after I had been standing there talking to him for 15 minutes. I said I would pay for the extra hour (which was around $13), but he insisted that is not how it works, eventually charged me $60 for the whole day. I reluctantly paid the difference (minus

Gabriel Marcelo and Louis were so helpful! I will always use this garage to park my car. They were very kind and treated me and my car like royalty! 100% recommend using them!

My wife is a medical professional who uses this garage frequently without issue.. That was until today when she had to leave unexpectedly early due to a medical emergency and calls me upset because the attendant Jorge (if that ls even his real name) was extremely rude to her, cursing at her, and even at one point spitting at her out of the car window all because of HIS inconvenience having to move several cars to get to hers... I called Centerpark's customer service to voice my concerns peacefully and they took down my number, but I'm not going to hold my breath... Edit: The response from the owner should tell you everything you need to know about this place... Good thing there is a much better/ more professional lot across the street that she and her colleagues most certainly will be usi
