Centerpark East 47th Street Parking Garage

As previous reviews have mentioned, they are ruthless theives. They charged an additional $27 for being 10 minutes late to pick up my car. Mind you, I'm 9 months pregnant and had my 5 year old son with me, so it took a bit longer than anticipated to get there in the current 95 degree temperature. Also, the only reason I left my car there to begin with was to charge it, not because I needed to leave it there, but they don't give any discounts to people charging their cars because they are theives.

I love this parking garage ! Everyone is so friendly and respectful! Thank you to the company and the staff for their professionalism! I come here all the time because of the care they have for my vehicle!

Horrible customer service, always changing prices from what they originally tell you in person, and very reckless when parking vehicles. Miguel specifically is rude and shouldn’t be working in a customer service related job. I had dropped my wedding ring in my car and was quickly searching for it while the lot was empty at 7:30am and he continued to rush me. When I told him I can go to a different garage he said “go ahead I don’t care”. Save your money and time! Follow up to my review: As I go to pick up my car from the lot at 2:30pm today. Miguel verbally harasses me telling me never to come back. He then proceeds to get confrontational and into my face where his coworkers had to calm the situation down and it’s all on video. I came to this lot 3 times a week last year at $70 a pop. Tha

Becareful parking here, if your car is clean and you would like the interior and exterior covered in dust then this is your spot.

iPark garages are one of the most modern and clean garages I have ever used. They are really spacious and there was never a fear of someone scratching my car or bumping into it. There are many discounts on their site sometimes, so booking in advance is always my go-to. I feel so much less stressed and I no longer have to think about whether or not I’ll have a slot to park my car. I’m their loyal customer and I don’t plan to stop using their services any time soon.
