Centerpark Element Parking Garage

Easy breezy. Reserved and paid online, when we arrived everything was paperless and claim ticket was available via text. Small wait upon return while cars were moved around - I realized in retrospect it might have been better if we had let them know we were on our way and a couple hours earlier than anticipated. All said, probably the easiest NYC parking experience I've had in a long time.

My sister parked there 2 weeks ago on 8/30 and she didn’t have great service at all. She was very disappointed. The early bird sign says enter by 10 but she got there 9:44am and left 3:06 and she was charged 22$.First they tried to charge her $27 and she just couldn’t take it. She tried to explain that it wasn’t right and requested even manager but nothing. Other than that the please seems to be clean and well maintained.hopefully that can be fixed!!!

I had and event cancel on me for New Year’s Eve. Called to see what I could do if anything cause it clearly states no refunds. I spoke with Traci and without any 2nd thoughts she refunded my 160$. Thank you park and save nyc, you have gained a loyal customer I won’t park anywhere in nyc you aren’t the company used. Again thank you so much and Merry Christmas!

Really awesome customer service! I bought the wrong pass, but Mara helped me upgrade my pass. It was really quick and simple, and she was very kind!

I was astounded by the quality of the garage door this company installed for me. I've never seen a better garage door, and it was so reasonably priced.
