They got blue ink right on my center console leather/arm rest. I immediately saw it as I got in my car and went to the two attendants who instantly became defensive. They said "oh it's just a pen you can get that out". Being the good person that I am I went home and tried a ton of solutions. Nothing worked. I called back to discuss the damage and to seek a solution on their end. I remained calm and professional but they rushed me off the phone twice telling me they would call me back on Monday (it's Thursday). I told them I called my dealer to see if they had a cleaner solution or how much it would cost to replace the piece and the guy on the phone flipped out on me and hung up. This is unacceptable customer service. I will be filing a damage claim and they will be replacing this piece

Absolutely horrible. Charged an oversize fee for no reason. Vehicle was considerably smaller than most of the other ones (midsize SUV) and fit into the garage with absolutely no problem. Rude and terrible service on top of that. Recommend you take your business elsewhere. Edit: I brought this up to you guys at the time and did nothing. I had to get a refund from SpotHero. Rich you are now willing to give a refund now that I posed my experience online. For the record, my vehicle was 74.9" in height and 178.7" in length - 2007 Nissan Xterra - clearly within your just-stated requirements.

First of all their prices are higher than other garages in the neighborhood. Second, beware as to where your car is parked. They are currently having problems where parts of the inside is condemned by the city, so what they do is park people's car outside on Albany Street, hogging up all the public parking spots along the entire Albany Street and parts of South End Ave. They also take people's cars out for joyrides at night. Lastly, if your car is parked there, you may not get it back when you go pick it up because the elevator that they use to put it to the upper level sometimes breaks. Stay away from this joint as far as you can.

People were SO rude. We made a reservation and pre-paid from 9am-9pm. We arrived about 9:30am & the guy was super rude and tried to charge us more because of our arrival time. Said he needed to get a manager...yet we already paid for that time frame, so it shouldnt matter what time I get there. Its paid! He was hollaring at us. Never would use this garage again.

Recommend going to a different parking garage as they did not offer great customer service. I walked into the office to go pay for my parking, and saw a sign that said “PAY HERE” and I scanned my ticket thinking that the payment would be done through the computer but the computer was not working so I went to the person who was sitting behind the counter. He said “I was waiting for you to be done so you can come to me and say hello or good afternoon or greet me when you (as in myself) walk inside”. His was not at all polite and he spoke to my dad with a smart mouth. As funny as it sounds he literally argued about me not greeting him when we walked into the office to pay the ticket.
