Centerpark UN Plaza Garage

Booked a 2-day pass at $30/day through ParkNSave. When I overstayed by about a day due to the snowstorm, after calling ahead and being told the extension was fine, they voided the prepaid rate entirely at checkout, re-billed my whole stay at the walk-in transient rate, and applied my $60 as a dollar-for-dollar credit instead of two paid days. Total came to $282 for three days of parking. They would not release my car until I paid. I disputed it in person, asked them to call their manager, and was told there would be no adjustment. If you book an online rate here, be aware that they may not honor it if your stay changes by even a minute, and you may well have to dispute the charges with your card issuer like me.

The parking attendants at this particular location and management of this company have given me quite possibly the best customer experience at a parking garage in Manhattan. My car is always ready at the time it is requested. I’m always met with a smile. A small issue was promptly addressed by management, who delivered customer service with a friendly, small business-like courtesy with genuine appreciation for my business.

If I could give this parking garage 0 I would. They have a license plate reader which “clocks you in” as you arrive. Using spot hero I booked 24 hour parking. Arriving literally 2 mins before the reservation started the guy took great pleasure in telling me we would be billed outside of the 24 hour charge for early arrival. He does so with a smug smile on his face. So dispute paying a small fortune to park, they also seem to take great pride in screwing over regular customers. To make matters worse, this was the second time this happened in a couple days with the same garage. Awful. Avoid.

My parking experience was a nightmare. I had a reservation with SpotHero, and when I informed the attendant, he initially said it was no problem. However, upon my return to retrieve my car, he insisted I pay again and contact SpotHero. This left me baffled, as I had already paid. I had to pay and left the premises. When I asked to speak to the manager, the night attendant seemed to discuss something on the side and advised me to call back the next day. When I requested the manager's name, he abruptly hung up. Despite my repeated calls, they never answered or returned my calls, leaving me frustrated and unresolved.

Sometimes they pass the cars around and they pile up too much. Manager 100 un plz denies having anything to do with it and parks there for free. The epulet bistositoja must pay the arm what they cause. The new Volvo parts cost me $5,000. The euplet has to pay this with interest!
