Centerpark West 53rd Street Parking Garage

Jose, the manager told me that these counterfeit handbag peddlers would be out by the end of the year. After a $15,000 fine by FDNY; multiple visits by NYPD and a private investigator- for over 6 months-they should have kicked them out. Add to that, the pedicabs that nearly hit cars on the ramp and the homeless/mentally ill who wander in on a regular basis! I would never park there again. It isn't safe.

I had a very bad experience at this parking lot. I parked my car and was given a parking ticket that did not belong to my vehicle. Because of their mistake, I was charged extra money for another car. I explained the issue clearly and showed proof, but the staff refused to refund the extra charge or take responsibility for their error. Very unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. I do not recommend this parking place at all. Be careful, as their mistakes can cost you money and they won’t fix them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯💯💯💯 Kristine really looked out for me with this one. I work in the city but live out of state, so finding reliable parking that’s close and affordable isn’t easy. She referred me to this garage, and it ended up being perfect — super convenient spot, safe, and easy to get in and out, especially when I have to be in early for work. The early bird discount makes it even better, definitely one of the best deals I’ve found in NYC. I’ve had no problems at all since parking here — anyone leaving a bad review probably just had a bad day.

Greedy & rude staffs except 1! I have parked here about 7 times within 2 months. 1st time was ok, but most staff keep looking at my hand (probably hoping for the tip considering I drive Cadillac) when they bring up my car. During my last interaction around 6:45 PM on March 3, 2023, the staff looked at me and said, "Thank You" so loudly close to me. I replied thank you too in normal voice. Then probably same guy or older guy came up to me while I was wiping the steering wheels with alcohol wipes and asked if I am coming tomorrow. I said no. He said, "Clean your car, floor, and everything before you come back." The car is very clean as you can see in the pictures except the front passenger seat looks a little bit messy because of the charging wires and wipes. But it is not like they have a

Been working in the city over a year near them. This has been my go to spot only!I actually feel like I’m doing business with real people who are welcoming and realistic . Exceptional customer service along with a great team. All staff are kind down to earth and eager to help! The manager Jose is outstanding, has helped me countless times when I misplaced my ticket or was having an issue. Franklyn is one of my favorites! He is always there ready to help you and be at your service. As well as the other staff being out standing I just can’t remember all the names. I definitely recommend them if your are parking briefly or even extended. I’ve had no issues with my vehicle or staff that’s why I continuously come back. Thank you guys for being awesome!
