Centerpark West 54th Street Parking Garage

Greedy & rude staffs except 1! I have parked here about 7 times within 2 months. 1st time was ok, but most staff keep looking at my hand (probably hoping for the tip considering I drive Cadillac) when they bring up my car. During my last interaction around 6:45 PM on March 3, 2023, the staff looked at me and said, "Thank You" so loudly close to me. I replied thank you too in normal voice. Then probably same guy or older guy came up to me while I was wiping the steering wheels with alcohol wipes and asked if I am coming tomorrow. I said no. He said, "Clean your car, floor, and everything before you come back." The car is very clean as you can see in the pictures except the front passenger seat looks a little bit messy because of the charging wires and wipes. But it is not like they have a

Fantastic service, left overnight for 50$ through their website pass. The attendants were super polite and car was just the way it was dropped. They had only 2 staff while picking up but still very efficient.

Great experience at this garage. We took advantage of the $20 10 hour deal for a Saturday and booked it the night before. We reviewed their oversized vehicle list in advance to ensure our Mazda CX-5 wasn’t listed. The staff were friendly and efficient. They scanned our QR code upon arrival and sent us a parking ticket via text. We returned an hour earlier than expected. They retrieved our car without an issue and told us we were all set. Highly recommend!

I have never felt so taken care of at a garage ever. I have a home when I need to park in NYC. Customer Service was beyond wonderful. Mara made sure that we were well taken care of and that we felt like family. It is the first time I have parked my car and I honestly was not concerned at all. They were flexible and incredibly accommodating taking the best care of my family and my car. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back.
