I booked this parking garage through the SpotHero app and paid the full amount including the extra fee for a large vehicle, since I was driving a Chevy Tahoe. When I arrived, I showed my reservation in the app, but the attendant immediately asked me to pay another large vehicle fee. I explained that it was already included in my booking, and he said “okay” and took my car. When I came back to pick up my car and asked for my key, I handed him the ticket he had given me earlier. He scanned the code, then pointed rudely at the payment machine, signaling that I needed to pay again 😳. I told him I already paid, but he insisted and said the large vehicle fee was still due. I showed him my reservation details again, but he just shook his head and pointed to another man holding my car key — clear
