Amie was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient! She was able to get out for an estimate quickly, get everything ordered, and complete the work in a timely manner. She did a great job installing locks and re-keying, even with some old doors/locks in my home. We are in a building recently purchased by my doctor. All of the doors, internal and external, were keyed differently. A real inconvenience when you accidentally lock yourself out of a room. Aime worked so hard and did such a great job to rekey and get us all straightened out! We were able to even continue to see patients while she was working because she was so swift and quiet. I came here to get 2 keys made. The key maker wasn’t present but left a number to be reached. It turned out she had a family emergency and met me at the place of business to make the keys. She wasn’t able to copy the keys but called a different business for me and wrote down the address and I was able to get my keys made within 20 minutes. She wasn’t able perform the service but helped me as much as she could and was very professiona. She did all that even though there was a crisis going on. I was so impressed. She knew her business and came highly recommended. Yes I would use her again if ever needed.

We are traveling to the Dayton area for a sports tournament and at hotel check in I realize I’ve forgotten the keys to our car top carrier carrying the equipment for the weekend. Many phone calls to “local after hours” locksmiths were without success. First thing Saturday morning I went to Centerville Lock & Safe and Amie met me at their shop. She was able to look up the necessary Thule Key and cut it for me on the spot. Amie had no doubt that she would be able help me with the situation and is a fantastic person.
