Carlos was prompt, knowledgeable and gentile….he was also ill prepared to cover his mess he was about to make as my kitchen floor was left a mess that I had to clean!!! He also and more importantly was a little clumsy moving about in a tight kitchen space whilst the doors to the fridge were left open and the rails for the removed tray were in extension mode! He attempted to close the one side of the door and started to “clip” off said rail when I stopped him! Several plastic ball bearings spilled onto the floor and he promised he’d replace the rail and then proceeded to dismiss the need to do so! WHAT SAY YOU?!?! I would still like the one rail replaced asap!
