Safety First has been so attentive and helpful with my mouse problem. David has come by and done multiple thorough sweeps to make sure there is no areas of entry. He also given many helpful tips to assure they wont come back!

James is the absolute best exterminator I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He absolutely excels at his craft. Pleasent, honest extremely attentive and present. When we have needed him and his team, he’s made it a point to make us feel like a top priority. Too bad I can’t give more than 5 stars. He is an exceptional human being as well as all of his workers. He is all about results and consistently exceeds our expectations.

We had Safety 1st come to our home three times last year for extermination, but it did not resolve the issue at all. We decided to give them another chance this year, and they came again in July to perform another treatment. Unfortunately, it was completely ineffective. I was advised to wait a few weeks to see results, but the problem only became worse. When I called to request a follow-up visit, I was told it was past the 30-day period. However, the delay was caused by the fact that I never received the invoice. Despite this, when they offered to return, they said I would have to pay again for another extermination, which I find very unreasonable given the lack of results.
