Central Air Control

Central Air Control A/C repair is the best A/C company. I got an appt right away, Diego came and changed a heater part (while the temperature was freezing outside), was very personable, patient and knew his job. He explained everything to me.

We had mold in our AC unit and Central Air Control cleaned the coils and inside the unit, flushed the lines and installed a UV Light to kill any mold spores unseen/prevent it from reoccurring. They also installed a new capacitor. We were shown the new products and removal of old ones, without me asking, which I appreciated. A repipe was also done in an area as it was improperly installed when the home was built. Diego was respectful of our property and left our home clean.

I had Central Air install a new AC unit only to discover they only installed new parts and left the original housing and wires. However, I was charged for a brand new unit. Spoke to manufacturer about this and they said that is not the correct way to install a new unit. After calling them several times, I finally spoke to a Mr. Alvarez who told me the installer made a decision to just replace the parts because he could not find us in the house to discuss this. Funny how he managed to find my husband when he needed payment and still did not discuss the fact that he only replaced the parts. These are photos of inside of “New” machine.

Do not trust this company. I had annual maintenance performed and was told everything looked good, however, the unit did not turn on at all when the technician left. When he came back the following day, he said the motor was broken -- funny how I had no problems before he touched the unit, and how this was not mentioned to me during the original appointment. He says he heard a noise but it had gone away. The technician went outside to call the company then told me they would call me and left. The company did not call me, so I called them and spoke to a man who told me it would be $800 to fix the unit. I told him I paid for a service and ended up with a broken unit, and he said he had to call the technician, despite just having just spoken to him. He said he would call me back and he never

Excellent customer and tech service! The customer service team was professional, responsive, and addressed all my questions and concerns. The technicians arrived on time as promised and did a fantastic job installing my new unit. Overall, a great experience!
