Central Air,air LLC. First encounter was with Rich who explained every detail of the process. Customer service was excellent and he aim to please the customer. The service Team was also excellent, especially Kristopher. Kris in my observation worked the hardest and he was so diligent in getting the job completed. Ian was great in explaining The process as he proceeded and I truly appreciated that. These guys were so polite and thoughtful. They paid attention to details and Aesthetics. Excellent Team.

We recently had a furnace, heat pump and air conditioner unit installed in our home. From start to finish our experience with Central Air was fantastic! From the people in the office to Rich who came out to assess what our needs were and then Robert and Chris handling the installation. Everyone was courteous, patient, efficient and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, finished the job in the time expected, and left the area clean and organized. I highly recommend using Clean Air!

I had a heat pump installed in two rooms, with one of them being a larger open living/dining space and one being a bedroom. I wanted to system more for heat rather than cooling as I have an all electric home. So far, so good. Nice & warm, units are quiet and look good. Work was explained and the company has been very nice in helping with rebate paperwork, exceptions, etc. and checking in.

From beginning to end, Central Air was the wisest choice I made once I realized that I had no heat in my home. Rich, from Central Air, came to assess the problem. He stayed until all questions were answered. He was able to get the new installation done as quickly as possible. Robert and Kris came to do the work and boy did they work! They were courteous, patient, helpful, so knowledgeable, and never even took time for a break! Amelia in the office was so pleasant to work with! I don’t usually write reviews, but people in the surrounding area need to know what a quality operation Central Air is!!

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Rich, Elvis, Joe, Robbie, Kris, Adrian, and John, as well as the office staff were all incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The job took exactly the amount of time estimated, and our house was left immaculate at the end of each day. The level of care, communication, and craftsmanship truly exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend them enough.
