Our experience was exceptional with Central Brevard Air & Heat. They installed a mini-split system to our home. It is evident that they are not only honest; but are people of integrity! They showed up when they said they would & worked hard to get our system installed quickly & professionally. We highly recommend them to anyone needing their HVAC system either replaced or serviced. We will be calling them for service when it is due. We are extremely grateful to them for our new system!

During the recent cold snap here in Titusville, our heater stopped working right when temperatures dropped below freezing — which almost never happens in Brevard County. We needed emergency HVAC service fast. They responded immediately and came out quickly for a true emergency call. They replaced our heater promptly, explained everything clearly, and the pricing was very reasonable. Communication was simple and professional from start to finish. My experience with central brevard was incredible start to finish. Nick, the owner, answered my initial call and was kind and professional. He promptly sent out one of their techs, Mikey, who was so polite and professional. When I had questions on how to maximize the new AC, the owners Terri and Nick came out along with Keri, their office manager. They were all so kind, professional, relational, and really explained things to me in a way I could understand. They weren't interested in ripping me off and selling me the most expensive package simply because, they wanted to do what was best for my house (and wallet). Nick has been servicing our AC unit for a few years and he is wonderful!! (We switched from a large HVAC company who would upsell every visit including the year after we put in a brand new unit, taking advantage of customers because they work off of commission) Nick is honest. If something doesn't need to be addressed he will tell you. Integrity is a rarity nowadays and I am grateful to have found such a trustworthy company.
