William installed carpet in our basement for a special project for my son in a tiny area under our staircase. It was a tight space to work in and William jumped in without hesitation. He was helpful, professional and friendly. The carpet turned out better than we imagined due to his suggestions. Highly recommend.

After having an absolutely horrible experience with one of the big name carpet companies, I ended up reaching out to Dave from Central Carpets. And I am so thankful I did. For comparison, I have been trying to get an installation scheduled with the big name guys for over two months. I reached out to Dave on a Saturday and my installation was completed that same Wednesday, and at over $1000 less than I was quoted by the big guy. Lesson learned! We recently had multiple services done by Central Carpet and were extremely pleased with all aspects of the work that they did. They cleaned the ducts of our heating system, cleaned the carpet in our finished basement, put down new vinyl flooring in our upstairs bedroom and kitchen and re carpeted the stairs that lead to the bedroom upstairs.
