I had a great experience at Home Depot today. I stopped in for new chainsaw blade and was greeted right away by the most beautiful plant display. The young lady working in the garden section was amazing — super friendly, knowledgeable, and we had such a nice conversation about plants. After that, I needed help finding the blades (because I’m just a girl who does not know her way around chainsaw parts!), and the employee I approached was very kind and pointed me in the right direction. Once I got to the aisle, another gentleman helped me locate exactly what I needed. Overall, everyone I interacted with was helpful and welcoming, and they made my trip a complete success. Great customer service all around!

My husband and I have been HD customers for over ten years. Shipping the Mantua store prompted us to cancel our HD credit card and switch to Lowe’s. We purchased two appliances, paying for installation and haul away on both. Only one could be delivered as the team could not install the dishwasher. We asked to cancel the haul away and installation fees in addition to rescheduling the delivery. We got a cancellation notice of the order and then a rescheduling date? When contacting HD to correct (we never cancelled the order and have to rebuy without discounts) we got shuffled around to numerous departments. All I can say…. You get what you pay for I bought a desk, fantastic description and the desk chair to go with it and they’re junk made from China of course and it’s such poor quality cost me close to 300 bucks and I should’ve just went and bought a good piece of furniture instead of the junk from Home Depot not only did. I have to wait for a delivery it. It’s just ridiculous. The store is dirty. Poor quality I wouldn’t buy there. I’d go to Lowe’s.

Excellent customer service. The site said they had what I needed,I called and the automated machine said that the store had them in stock. Got there ask two employees and they said they don't sell them in the store. I call false advertising and misleading me to your store, was not very nice at all !

I purchased many things from this locatoon. For the most part they have items in stock that I need. I buy most of my tools snd supplies from this store and even place the order for pickup. My most recent purchase was for Rigid power tools. They were on sale and I saved about $150... so if you an wait until Black Friday to buy your tools you are best off waiting. I also saved $59 on a stackable Rigid toolchest set. That was definitely a great buy. I have issues with Cree LED lightbulbs that I purchased here. They exchanged them no problem. I find the staff is helpful but sometimes they have no clue - I am better off using the app to help them find things that they cant find on their own.
