OMG my seven-year-old granddaughter could do a better job! I paid on $180 for two people to spend two hours in my home only to come home and find my kitchen floor had not been mopped at all, my bathroom faucet still had toothpaste splatter all over it, my shower had not been cleaned, there was still visible dust on my furniture & ashes from my incense burning were still all over my fireplace never vacuumed around my carpet cat scratcher where there were all kinds of carpet remnant shred off from my cat were still all over the rug never even vacuumed! Hi honestly don’t know how these people can stay in business! I was totally ripped off and would never ever hire them again!

I have to say I'm very disappointed in Maria's house cleaning service. My husband is retiring from the Air Force this week, and we're having a party at our house. For many reasons I decided to have the house cleaned instead of doing it myself. I googled and found Maria's (it had only 5-star reviews). We have a 4-bedroom, 3 bath house, however, I told them to not go into 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom...so all they had to clean is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My first problem is the $250 price tag, but I REALLY wanted to have the house in tip-top condition for our 60 guests, and if I'm paying to have the house cleaned by professionals, I expect that they will do a more thorough job than if I did it myself. So I say ok to the $250 price. Problem two...when Maria looks over the house, she's say

Insisted on being paid ahead of doing any work, wanted way more money than had been quoted I made a mistake and left out the money my daughter had left me, so Maria just pocketed it, without me giving it to her. Threatened to leave after 15 min when I told her I expected windowsills to be dusted, not just blinds. She worked for 1 Hour 15 min and pocketed $160 for a 1 Bedroom home. Worst experience ever, rude and abusive to boot!
