Fantastic honest, reliable local business. We had an EV charger installed and some outside electrical work. Kurt quoted us a fair price and Tyler installed. They were fast, efficient, and went out of their way to deliver superior customer service. Highly recommend!

In today's world of extremely poor or non-existent customer service, Central Electrical Company truly shines. From my initial phone call, Linda was responsive, proactive and compassionate. The speed with which she got the ball rolling on our project was mind-blowing. Our electrician, Tyler was equally impressive. He came to our house, did his job and even circled back to explain something to me that I didn't initially understand. Every business out there needs to take a page from Central Electrical Company's book!

We had our kitchen redone and had to have lights installed. Worked with Linda to schedule and Tyler to do the work. This was the best experience ever and the price was reasonable. We will use them again with no hesitation!

This electrician was contracted by Niagara pools, similar to a previous reviewer, to do the electrical work on my pool. While the work was completely satisfactory, the customer service is what has lead to this 1 star review. The owners of this company harassed myself and my husband repeatedly for money that the pool company owed them for additional charges (that were incorrectly billed), that they admitted were ultimately their profit for the job, instead of contacting Niagara directly. They threatened to sue us, come by our house for payment, etc. It was only until we begged Niagara to handle this situation that the personal contact stopped. I highly recommend these guys if you live in the Williamstown area then your in luck because they are local, they are very professional and go above and beyond to make you happy ,when Central Electric finished the job ,it was a big fat W on my chest and that W is for Win ,I got a win ,my home is secure my family is safe and I can't thank the crue, Tyler and his Dad enough!
