Tim, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and just overall easy to work with from start to finish. He took the time to walk us through our options and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. His team was equally impressive — professional, friendly and truly top-notch. The quality of the work shows, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We would highly recommend Central Florida Windows and Doors and will absolutely be using Tim and team again if we ever need windows or doors in the future.

We are in LOVE with our new windows!! Here is a before and after. The team showed up and worked hard for 2 days until it was finished the right way. I've never known another company to also clean up the spots on the windows that they install. Immediate response to any concerns or questions that we had. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing experience with Tim, Steven, and Dean! We first used them a few years ago for our sliding glass doors and were so impressed that we went back when it was time to replace all the windows in our home and our pool bathroom door. Once again, they exceeded our expectations. I tend to get overwhelmed with home projects, but Tim made the entire process so easy. He guided me every step of the way and offered great advice. My favorite recommendation was the garage windows that let in light but keep privacy. Such a huge improvement over the old blinds and peeling tint. Everything looks incredible, and the quality and service were outstanding. Highly recommend this company!

Tim and his team did an incredible job replacing my original 1987 sliding glass door. During the install, they discovered the existing header was sagging, so they went above and beyond to replace it with a stronger one the same day. I really appreciated that they prioritized doing the job the right way rather than taking the easy route, even though this was an unplanned cost. Tim clearly knows his stuff. When I sent him "fancy" doors I found online, he saved me from a headache by explaining the specific "gotchas" with those models. We settled on the PGT 5470 series. This meant a switch from the old 3-panel door to a new 4-panel setup, and since the middle two panels open, we actually have a much larger opening than before. The new door looks and works perfectly—thanks, Tim!
