As a Realtor, I am always in need of good, quality vendors for every type of trade. Most of the time, finding anyone that is responsive, dependable, competent and reasonably priced can be very challenging. After a recent inspection, we were notified that there were 2 slipped tile and 1 cracked tile. I called around to every roofer I had in my vendor file and no one was willing to come out for such a "small job". I asked the inspector if he had a recommendation and he gave me Shaun and MGC Roofing and Construction. I sent Shaun a text message, received a response 29 minutes later and had the work completed 34 minutes after that. So from initial text to completion of work, it was 63 minutes. AMAZING. Shaun came out and did a thorough inspection of our tile roof and provided a report. He was punctual and sent a message when he was on his way! The few repairs were made at a fair price.

Shaun came by on short notice to inspect a possible roof leak after a bad storm - and on a house I was due to close the same day! Sometimes I’m skeptical of roof inspectors because I feel they are too eager to say a problem exists so they can sell a roof. Not the case with Shaun/MCG - he did a very thorough inspection and let us know that the roof was in good shape. No signs of water damage, and the water must have leaked in through the window. I really appreciate honest businessmen like Shaun and definitely would have trusted him to fix the roof had it needed repair. Because of his prompt and thorough response, my house closed on schedule!
