I am truly grateful for the help Nick gave me. I called in at 4:55 closing time is 5 o’clock. Nick was empathetic towards my situation, I had no heat. He gathered the parts that I needed to correct my problem . He left them outside the store so I could pick them up and not go through the night without any heat. He also offered me his personal cell phone and encouraged me to call him , and he would walk me through the repair. This was truly a unique experience that will stay with me for a long time. Nobody does business like these people , I will never go to another plumbing supply. I highly recommend Central Islip Plumbing Supply !!

I really never leave reviews but these guys deserved it. I didn’t catch his name ( he had a white beard though ). I came in with an expansion tank/pressure leak problem and he caught my mistake, educated me in layman’s terms and seriously saved me money and my time. My system is up and running. Today I walked into the establishment not to purchase anything but to ask how to change the cartridge on an old model Delta shower faucet. An employee there by the name of Nick, got the answers I needed. I went home and followed his directions and my problem was solved. I felt the need to thank him for his assistance and offered to have Pizza delivered to the office and his reply was "no need, that is what we do here at Central Islip Plumbing Supply and that my appreciation for his help was enough. How awesome was that. It's good to see that there are still nice people out there in the world. For all of your plumbing needs, go stop by and see for yourself. They're a fine bunch.

My Kohler faucet head broke so I called and spoke to Linda. She said that Kohler would replace the faucet head at no cost. She asked me to send her the photo of my faucet and that she would call Kohler so that she could find out the model number. She called back right away and furnished me with all the information I needed to move ahead with Kohler. My part is ordered and on its way. I will be shopping at this store in the future and will always refer family and friends as well. She took time out of her day to help me even though they would not make a penny on this outcome.
